Team Locator Website Feature

Project Summary

Ameristar has a large sales team divided into several regions to provide more localized and individual support to customers. However, many customers reported that they didn’t know who to reach out to with their questions.

Previously, we had a static page that simply listed the regions and the salespeople assigned to them, but to a customer, this information was not helpful and required time and effort to search through the information on the page.

To fix this issue, I built a team locator using Metalocator and embedded it onto the site. Every salesperson is added, with information on the areas they serve and how they can help the customer.

The tool works like a store locator - the user inputs their location, and the salespeople assigned to them populate. The user can then choose to send a message to the salesperson for support. This created a more personalized and engaging experience for the customer.
